Adaptogenic Matcha Latte

This is a perfect way to start your morning by supporting your immune system with your favorite matcha and the alkalizing and immune strengthening super mushrooms for balanced energy and antioxidant boost. 

 

Ingredients:

1 tsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha (we love Lisa Mueller Matcha)

1 tsp The Immoral

50 ml filtered water

200 ml plant-based milk (we love homemade oat milk)

 

Wisk the matcha powder in a bowl with warm water. Add The Immortal powder and mix under. Warm up the oat milk and blend all together. Sip in gratitude.

 

To make your own oat milk: (Makes 1 liter)

¾ cup of rolled oats

4 cups of of water

a handful of soaked cashew nuts

1-2 dates as a sweetener (optional)

a pinch of sea salt

 

Blend all together and instead of squeezing, strain with a sift and a cheese cloth. We found nut milk bags let too much pulp through.
